Services are rendered based on project agreements, which outline the scope of work, timeline, and cost. Any modifications to the original agreement may result in additional charges.
3. Pricing and Payments
• All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Final pricing is determined after evaluating site conditions and the full scope of the project.
• A deposit may be required before the commencement of services, with final payment due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Any changes to the project requested by the Client may incur additional costs, which will be communicated promptly.
4. Client Responsibilities
• The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, and legal authorizations before work begins.
• The Client must ensure site accessibility and remove any obstructions before work starts.
5. Project Timeline
GHJ Excavation LLC will strive to complete the project within the agreed timeframe. However, delays caused by weather, unforeseen site conditions, or third-party factors may affect the schedule. In such cases, the Company will communicate with the Client promptly.
6. Liability
• GHJ Excavation LLC is not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government actions, or delays in third-party services.
• The Company is fully insured, and any damages directly caused by our services will be addressed according to the terms of the contract and applicable laws.
7. Warranties
GHJ Excavation LLC warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, natural shifts in the ground, wear and tear, or other post-completion changes are not covered under this warranty.
8. Cancellation and Termination
• Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice, in writing. The Client may be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
• If the Client fails to fulfill their responsibilities or pay as agreed, GHJ Excavation LLC reserves the right to terminate services without refund.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pennsylvania.
10. Changes to Terms
GHJ Excavation LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is the Client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
